The location, excellent view, clean and comfortable rooms, spacious, good WiFi, comfortable beds.

The hotel is located in a busy area with a lot of action going on, right on the Costera avenue. The rooms are big and clean, offering a beautiful view of the ocean from every room. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. The restaurant serves delicious food and the bar offers tasty drinks. The lobby, hallways, and rooms are tastefully decorated and spotless. The pool area is not crowded and provides a peaceful atmosphere to relax.

There was an incident where beach towels were stolen and the hotel did not handle the situation well, charging the guest for the missing towels instead of investigating the matter.

I had an absolutely amazing stay here! The location was perfect, not too far from all the nightlife Acapulco has to offer.
